This is an unpaid internship suitable for Master’s graduates who want to work as Senior UI/UX Designers. The role is a Senior UI/UX Designer Intern focused on creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences for Flow’s AI solutions and corporate website. It requires strong design aesthetics, concept and creative thinking, prototyping, responsive design, accessibility, and collaboration with cross‑functional Scrum teams.
Candidates should have extensive experience with Figma
, information architecture, user flows, visual hierarchy, typography, and effective communication of design decisions. The internship is remote‑only and requires at least 30 hours per week.
- Conceptual & Design Thinking
- Create innovative design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas to enhance user experience.
- Interactive Motion Graphics & Animation
- Craft engaging motion graphics and animations that elevate the interface.

- Conduct user research and testing to iterate and improve designs.

- Education:
MFA in User Experience Design or related field. - Experience:
4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Experience creating interactive motion graphics, animations, and micro‑interactions.
- Ability to develop clickable prototypes that communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and conceptual thinking processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
