We are seeking a Summer Post-Production Intern who is a positive, solution-oriented presence to join our team. This role is about the "engine room" of our storytelling—the organization, technical hygiene, and associate editing that allows our tier-1 content to ship. We are looking for someone who brings a great attitude to the office and thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes environment where technical precision meets creative execution.
This is an in-person Summer Internship based at our IRONCLAD HQ. You will work directly under our seasoned senior editors and filmmakers, with the potential to cut your own pieces and receive direct, professional feedback from the best in the industry.
This is a 100% ON-SITE internship at our HQ in Virginia Beach.
REMOTE applicants will not be considered. We believe elite skills are forged in the room, not over a Slack channel. If you are looking for a "work from home" or hybrid opportunity, this is not the place for you.
Do not apply if you cannot be physically present.
Most film internships involve sitting in a remote home office or running coffee for a crew that doesn't know your name.
This is not that (except for maybe the coffee part… someone has to keep the editors caffeinated).
