Job Description & How to Apply Below

About the role

Grüns is building one of the most visually compelling brands in nutrition — and we're not done yet. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be a core creative engine behind elevating the Grüns brand into a more premium, refined visual space. This isn't a production-only role — we need someone who brings both sharp execution and genuine creative thinking. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and Senior Designer to ship high-quality work across digital, social, and marketing channels at the pace a fast-growing DTC brand demands.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:
  • Execute high-quality graphic design across brand campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and out-of-home initiatives
  • Support the social media team with high-volume, fast-turnaround asset creation — this is a primary and immediate need
  • Execute LTO (limited time offer) brand books and supporting assets at a rapid cadence — we’re building toward a new LTO every 30 days
  • Partner daily with the Creative Director and Senior Designer to push design quality and maintain brand consistency
  • Contribute original ideas and concepts — not just execute briefs, but help shape how campaigns come to life visually
  • Handle photo compositing and image manipulation for social and campaign requests
  • Manage your own workload across multiple concurrent projects, delivering polished, on-time work with clean, organized files
  • Maintain and evolve design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and bring informed perspective on how Grüns can visually stand out
  • Flex into packaging design projects as needed
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 4–6 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows range across digital, social, and marketing channels
  • Has worked in-house or with a consumer brand, CPG company, lifestyle brand, or high-growth DTC startup — you understand what it means to design for a brand, not just a brief
  • Has owned or led a project as the primary designer, not just supported from the sidelines
  • Brings a versatile portfolio spanning digital, social, and print — a one-dimensional body of work won’t cut it here
  • Is fluent in Figma for concepting, design systems, and collaboration, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for production-ready assets — these are non-negotiable
  • Has a strong eye for typography, layout, and color — your work is never generic
  • Packaging design experience is a plus
Approach to the role:
  • You sweat the details — typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy are never afterthoughts
  • You think originally. You know the trends, but you don't lean on them as a crutch
  • You're competitor-aware — you understand the visual landscape in nutrition and wellness and have a point of view on how to win
  • You bring energy to the work. You're genuinely excited about great design and it shows
  • You operate with ownership — you don't wait to be told what needs attention, you see it and handle it
  • You give and receive creative feedback like a pro: direct, specific, and always in service of the work.
Compensation & Benefits:

At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $100,000-$125,000 depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team.
