Video Editor Volunteer; Remote

Nuvia Global Foundation is an international nonprofit registered in the U.S. and France, preparing to launch its first operations in Cameroon in 2026. Our work focuses on trauma‑informed care, emotional healing, and educational empowerment for girls and young women (ages 13–25).

We partner with hospitals, schools, and community organizations to provide

• Healing Circles – small‑group sessions led by trained facilitators to help participants process trauma and rebuild self‑esteem.
• Workshops & Mentorship – practical education in communication, leadership, and emotional wellness.
• Dignity & Essentials Kits – hygiene, clothing, and school supplies to restore dignity and support reintegration.
• Education Sponsor ships – scholarships and mentorship to help girls return to school or vocational training.

Nuvia’s long‑term vision is to establish healing centers across Africa, starting in Cameroon, then expanding to Kenya, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Rwanda, and Senegal – while fostering partnerships with the French and global diaspora.

We believe that healing is the foundation of empowerment. Our mission is not only to restore what was lost but to help every girl see that her story is not over.

Nuvia Global Foundation is seeking volunteer video editors to help transform recorded footage into engaging short‑form videos for social media.

You will collaborate with our videographer and communications team to edit content that shares meaningful reflections, life lessons, and stories connected to our mission supporting girls and young women.

The videos will be used on platforms such as

• Instagram
• Tik Tok
• You Tube Shorts
• Linked In
• Facebook

• Edit short videos (30–90 seconds) for social media
• Add captions or subtitles when needed
• Improve pacing and storytelling through cuts and transitions
• Format videos for vertical platforms (Reels / Tik Tok / Shorts)
• Occasionally repurpose longer clips into shorter segments

We welcome volunteers with experience using tools such as

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Cap Cut
• or similar editing software

You should be

• detail‑oriented
• creative
• comfortable with short‑form content formats

Flexible. Approximately 2–4 hours per week
, depending on availability. This role can easily fit around work or studies.

French or English. Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required.
