Our channels, Shiloh & Bros and The Nelson Boys, are built around creativity, storytelling, and creating videos people genuinely enjoy watching.

We’re looking for a Video Editor who loves creating content that grabs attention, keeps people watching, and makes audiences laugh, cheer, or say, “Wait… rewind that.” This isn’t a role where you disappear into a corner and trim clips all day. You’ll help shape stories, build moments, and create edits that become part of the experience.

• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos
• Find the perfect pacing and timing to make moments hit harder
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, text, and creative transitions
• Organize footage and keep projects clean and efficient
• Help shape stories and maximize audience engagement
• Work closely with the creative team and implement feedback quickly
• Help create videos people binge-watch instead of watching for a minute

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere
• Strong storytelling instincts and editing judgment
• Understanding of You Tube pacing and audience retention
• Experience with media organization and post-production workflows
• Ability to adapt quickly and take feedback well
• Strong communication skills and team mindset

• After Effects experience
• Sound design or audio mixing experience
• Multi-camera editing experience
• Familiarity with internet culture, trends, and memes
• Experience editing gaming or family entertainment content

We are based in the greater Nashville area and are open to helping relocate the right candidate. Remote work is a possible option.
