Parent or guardian must be present for all fittings.

• You will try on a variety of garments and provide detailed feedback when prompted.
• You may be asked to perform several movements during fitting (e.g., sit, bend, reach overhead).
• You are expected to comment on how the garment feels and functions (e.g., hood, pockets, zippers/buttons).
• Product partners may need to adjust the garment on the child or work with the parent depending on comfort level.

• All child fit models are hired as Patagonia seasonal employees and may work several months up to a year, depending on growth.
• All fittings are scheduled in advance; we try to accommodate the child and parent’s schedule.
• Fittings occur Thursdays, typically in the late afternoon; availability on this day is required.
• Fit time depends on number of styles and ranges between 15 minutes to 1 hour. Breaks as needed, dictated by the child.

• Onsite at Patagonia Brooks campus, designated fit room.
• Parent or guardian must be present.
• Private changing area provided; parent or guardian dresses infant or toddler; kids often dress themselves.

• Fittings are recorded to allow remote work capabilities and to limit the number of people in attendance.
• Photos are taken and shared in Teams chat, uploaded to the server; internal only, viewed by cross‑functional partners.

• Compensation is $60 per hour with a 1‑hour minimum; pay in 15‑minute increments after 1 hour.
• Models are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit; paid bi‑weekly.
• Models are eligible for a product discount in any Patagonia storefront when present at the point of sale.

• Fit models are expected to measure within tolerance of our Core Body Target measurements; measurements taken regularly.
