3D Exhibit Designer at Design Observer Las Vegas, NV

As an Exhibit Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and experiential aspects of our clients’ trade show exhibits. From initial brainstorming through final designs, you will ensure that designs not only meet creative expectations but are also practical, buildable, and aligned with project budgets and timelines. You will collaborate closely with account managers and our production/warehouse teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring client visions to life.

• Creative Conceptualization:
  Partner with account managers and project managers to interpret brand goals, brainstorm creative ideas, and translate visions into innovative 3D exhibit concepts with exceptional creativity and the ability to balance innovation, practicality, and client objectives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Design Execution:
  Develop detailed design packages including renderings, floor plans, elevations, and fabrication drawings.
• Graphic & Material Integration:
  Apply graphics that enhance the design, materials that support fabrication feasibility, and maintain cost efficiency.
• Quality & Consistency:
  Uphold Exhibit Pros’ design standards, ensuring each project reflects the highest level of creativity, functionality, and execution.

• Experience in trade show exhibit design or experiential events is strongly preferred. In-office is also strongly preferred, but we are open to a remote position for qualified candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering using 3DS Max, Vray, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite. Our design library is in 3DS Max using Aluvision and Bematrix modular frames with custom-fabricated accents.
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to balance innovation, practicality, and client objectives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Team-focused with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others is a plus.
