UX Content Strategy Director

Overview

As a UX Content Strategy Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of compelling and user‑centric content across our digital products.

• Lead the development of user‑centric content that enhances the overall user experience across digital products.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and product goals, translating these insights into effective content.
• Collaborate with the brand team to establish and maintain a cohesive and consistent tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
• Conduct content audits and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, UX content standards and user experience best practices.
• Provide direction and mentorship to a team of UX content strategists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into the overall design and user experience.

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, with a focus on digital products and user interfaces.
• Proven experience in leading and directing UX content strategy for large‑scale projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful content strategy projects and a deep understanding of the impact of language on user behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for content decisions.
• Experience conducting user research to inform and validate content decisions.
• Familiarity with design tools and processes, collaborating effectively with UX/UI designers.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, UX Design, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).

• Knowledge of emerging UX writing trends and technologies, including implementation of AI tools.
• Ability to balance creativity with a data‑driven approach to content strategy.
• Proven success in leading and mentoring content strategy teams.
