Help us launch Tek Peach, our new protection brand, through bold content and short-form video.

Tek Peach is not your typical phone protection brand. We’re building a bold, fun, Gen-Z–driven brand that says what everyone else is afraid to say: phone protection doesn’t have to suck.

Our mission is simple: make tech protection smart, affordable, and unapologetically fresh. Summit Phone Repair (our brand owner) has been repairing devices in Kansas City for 4+ years with 60+ 5-star Google reviews — and now we’re taking things to the next level with Tek Peach.

To get there, we need a creative partner who lives and breathes social. Someone who knows how to take an idea, turn it into a post, and build community around it.

You’ll join us as an Independent Contractor Social Media Manager. You won’t just schedule posts — you’ll help shape the voice of Tek Peach online and make sure our brand doesn’t get lost in the noise.

• Work directly with our founder (Mitch) to plan, create, and publish content across Tik Tok, Instagram, Threads, You Tube Shorts, and Google Business.
• Meet in person every week (Saturday or Sunday afternoon/evening) at Bridge Space in Lee’s Summit to record video content and plan the week ahead.
• Take raw ideas, drafts, or video clips and turn them into polished, engaging posts.
• Track analytics, watch trends, and help refine what’s working (and cut what’s not).
• Bring creative campaign ideas that align with our bold, playful, Gen-Z energy.
  Focus on short-form video content as the primary driver of brand growth.

• Established presence: You must have a substantial follower count across multiple platforms (show us you know how to grow an audience).
• Editing skills: Experience using social video editing tools (Cap Cut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) is non-negotiable.
• Trend fluency: You live in the world of trending audio, viral formats, and platform nuances.
• Storytelling ability: You can write captions that grab attention in seconds and make people stop scrolling.
• Collaboration: You’re comfortable working independently but thrive in a creative partnership.
• Local availability: You’re able to reliably meet in Lee’s Summit once a week.

• Flexible hours, remote work (outside of weekly in-person content sessions), creative freedom.

This is an independent contractir role with room to grow as Tek Peach grows. Compensation will be discussed during the application process — we’ll ask about your expectations up front.
