Position: Content Systems and AI Specialist - Remote Opportunity!

We are seeking a dynamic Content Systems and AI Specialist to join our Content Marketing team within Brand Marketing. The role focuses on modernizing content creation, improving speed, flexibility, scalability, and efficiency while maintaining high standards for creative quality, compliance, and brand execution.

Responsibilities
  • Support development, testing, and improvement of new content creation models, templates, and workflows that increase speed, flexibility, and volume of output.
  • Assess current content workflows (intake through launch), identify friction points, and propose practical improvements that reduce cycle time and review loops.
  • Help build repeatable, modular systems that enable content to be efficiently created, adapted, versioned, and reused across brands/channels.
  • Translate creative needs into clear creative templates, SOPs, QA checklists, and lightweight automation that others can easily adopt.
  • Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, variant generation, versioning, repurposing, and channel‑specific adaptation of content.
  • Help develop and maintain prompt libraries, guidelines, and best practices that produce high‑quality, on‑brand, compliant outputs and demonstrate judgment about when AI should and should not be used.
  • Partner with senior team members to test tools, document learnings, establish guardrails, and scale what works.
  • Support responsible AI usage by ensuring outputs follow brand, legal, privacy, accessibility, and approved‑use standards.
  • Apply Brand Guidelines and creative standards when reviewing or assessing content generated through new workflows.
  • Evaluate AI‑assisted and creative asset template‑driven work for tone, voice, clarity, accuracy, accessibility basics, and brand alignment.
  • Flag quality or compliance issues and help refine processes to improve future output.
  • Support creative testing and optimization efforts by helping manage clean versioning, hypotheses, documentation of learnings, and application of insights.
  • Integrate creative and channel performance learnings (e.g., campaign results, engagement signals) back into content and workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, video editors/creators, strategists, marketers, and channel teams to ensure tools and workflows meet real creative and performance needs.
  • Help socialize new processes, tools, and learnings across teams to drive adoption.
  • Support training and enablement as new approaches, templates, or AI practices are rolled out.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years in a creative, content, editorial, creative operations, digital production, or content‑adjacent role.
  • Experience reviewing design and content at scale across different channels and brands, applying creative judgment to content quality, consistency, and brand alignment in a consumer‑facing environment.
  • Background in writing, editing, design, video, or content strategy within brand guidelines or reviewing creative work at scale.
  • Strong understanding of the creative lifecycle, review and approval processes, and previous exposure to creative operations, content systems, DAMs, workflow tools, or modular design systems.
  • Hands‑on professional experience using AI tools to support content creation (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Adobe Suite) with sound judgment about appropriate use.
  • Familiarity with creative testing fundamentals (A/B testing, hypotheses, documenting learnings), creative QA, accessibility basics, or publishing/trafficking to marketing channels.
  • Curiosity about innovation and how emerging technologies can enhance creative work, comfortable experimenting with new ways of working, learning through iteration, and managing change across a team.
Benefits
  • Child care benefits supporting your whole family.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits for your family.
  • Employee assistance programs for mental health and personal growth.
  • Health and wellness programs, paid time off, and discounts for work necessities.
  • … and much more.
