As Senior Designer, you’ll design solutions for some of the most ambitious companies in emerging tech—DeFi, AI, and Web
3. You are a visual design enthusiast capable of performing in a high-volume environment, quick to prove out ideas and explore solutions outside of your comfort zone. You are adept in your craft, meticulous about detail, and proficient in translating brand, web, and product strategies into captivating visual narratives.

You’ll create and execute the creative direction for the projects you support, distilling complex information into meaningful concepts and guiding supporting team members to deliver a best-in-class design solution. You push beyond the brief to create award-worthy content and are driven to capitalize on opportunities to improve your craft.

• Produce impeccable designs across a range of deliverables types, leveraging your deep experience in responsive layout, color, and typography to deliver designs that engage our client’s target audiences and drive results.
• Elevate design through emphasizing motion, animated UI, interactivity, and moving images. While you may not provide the final animation, you leverage prototypes to effectively communicate your vision.
• Manage your creative process and work queue, proactively engaging project team members regarding requirements, definitions, and deadlines while masterfully balancing speed, form, and quality to deliver error-free designs.
• Prepare presentations and present your work to stakeholders, constantly refining your verbal and visual presentation skills to concisely communicate your design decisions, ultimately influencing stakeholders to pursue inspirational outcomes.
• Adhere to our internal processes regarding project facilitation, proper documentation, and file organization, ensuring that supporting team members can navigate your files with ease.
