Graphic Designer; Remote at Lensa

Compensation: $38 – $40 per hour

A fast-growing insurance company is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their remote creative team. In this role, you will create compelling visual designs for a variety of channels, including print, digital, and social media. You will need to be a collaborative and independent worker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and support multiple business divisions. This is a fully remote position with standard business hours (9AM–5

PMET, Monday‑Friday). You’ll be expected to maintain a professional and presentable demeanor during work hours. You may initially use your own equipment (Mac is preferred) based on IT and security protocols.

• Create visual designs for print, digital, and social media.
• Work with content writers, other designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Work within brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand assets.
• Adapt creative concepts for various platforms and formats.
• Manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote setting.

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of branding systems and design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required if you have strong experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a bonus.
