💡 The RoleWe’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real-time performance data. You’ll work inside U.S.
-based pods, collaborating in real time within a high-accountability, performance-first environment.
🎥 Edit high-performing short-form ads for Tik Tok, Meta, and You Tube Shorts
⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs
🤝 Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly
👑 Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback
⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
📊 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
👀 Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)
🪪 Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud
📈 Strong grasp of what performs on Tik Tok, Meta, and You Tube Shorts
🗣️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams
