Marketing

Raintree Systems is looking for a Graphic Designer who’s ready to bring bold ideas to life across digital and print. You’ll play a key role in supporting corporate marketing initiatives with smart, strategic design that drives engagement and reinforces Raintree’s brand presence.

• Design compelling marketing assets including social media graphics, digital ads, sales presentations, web banners, print collateral, trade show signage, and infographics.
• Create branded templates and layouts for Google Slides and PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with the content, digital, and product marketing teams to visualize campaigns and initiatives.
• Support design needs for our website (Word Press) and email marketing campaigns (Hub Spot).
• Help evolve and maintain Raintree’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (in‑house or agency).
• A portfolio that showcases both creativity and an understanding of design for business/marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience designing for Hub Spot and/or Word Press environments.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create and edit presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Comfort working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to take and apply feedback.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of working seamlessly within a team and with various stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented approach to design, ensuring pixel‑perfect visuals when developing simple and elegant design solutions to solve complex design problems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
