What you will do:- Develop and define the look and feel of international leaders and eXp’s international social presence – from color palettes and typography to templates, visual language, and motion style.
- Build and grow the personal brands of international leadership through strategic, high‑quality short‑form content and consistent design systems.
- Create scroll‑stopping visuals (reels, carousels, hooks, quote cards, thumbnails) using Canva, Cap Cut and other social editing tools.
- Design and maintain mood boards, content kits, and repeatable templates that elevate the brands (business and leadership) across markets.
- Edit videos, apply motion graphics, and animate content tailored to Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In and You Tube Shorts.
- Run a fast‑paced, always‑on content calendar – from concept and design to final publish.
- Occasionally travel to capture content on‑site at international events or with key leaders.
- Collaborate with leaders and international teams to shape brand identity and ensure global creative consistency.
- Create and own the visual storytelling system for eXp International – designing a brand that scales across markets and platforms.
- Build digital trust and recognition for our global leadership team by designing polished, on‑brand personal content.
- Help leaders show up authentically and consistently on social – with visual storytelling that reflects their mission, energy, and market presence.
- Fuel international growth and agent engagement with social content that’s strategic, modern, and visually cohesive.
- Set the creative standard for international social design – templates, tools, voice, tone, and tempo.
Skills & Experience:
- A bold portfolio featuring short‑form social content that’s been shared, saved, or gone viral – or grown accounts over time. This is required.
- You must be able to efficiently capture and edit high‑impact short‑form videos with smooth transitions, music, captions, effects, and animation — creating polished, platform‑ready content with speed, creativity, and a get‑it‑done attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to craft content with engagement and growth in mind – strong hooks, relatable visuals, and platform‑native formats.
- Fast turnaround ability without sacrificing quality — you can design, animate, and edit at speed.
- Experience designing repeatable systems: templates, carousels, branded reels, and executive content kits.
- Mastery of Canva, Cap Cut and mobile‑first editing tools – you make content fast, adapt even faster, and keep it fresh.
- Evidence that you can help someone else grow — like building a personal brand for an executive, influencer, or creator.
- You’re strategic but scrappy: you test, learn, iterate, and know that sometimes the right post at the right time really can go viral.
- You’re a creative thinker with a sharp sense of humor and a talent for turning dry content into something engaging and memorable.
- Experience helping leaders or influencers build a personal brand that’s both professional and approachable.
- Strong comedic instincts and the ability to inject humor into storytelling without losing the message.
- Familiarity with global markets and the ability to adapt humor and design across cultures.
- Content capture skills using mobile or simple camera equipment.
- Experience building social kits, brand guides, or visual playbooks.
