The Role What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent improvement in creative performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, thumb-stop rate) across your client portfolio
  • Fast iteration speed that enables creative variations per week with maintained quality standards
  • High client satisfaction through on-brand designs that align with strategic creative direction
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration that accelerates testing velocity and produces scalable winning concepts
Responsibilities
  • Design high-performing static graphics for Meta ad campaigns across feed, stories, and reels formats
  • Create conversion-focused landing pages that align with ad messaging and drive customer action
  • Execute on creative briefs provided by strategists, translating concepts into visually compelling designs
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data, A/B test results, and stakeholder feedback
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Design mobile-first experiences optimized for Meta's platform specifications and best practices
  • Organize and manage design files, asset libraries, and version control using established naming conventions
  • Collaborate with media buyers to understand campaign objectives and creative testing priorities
  • Stay current on Meta platform trends, ad formats, and direct response design principles
  • Produce landing page designs that integrate seamlessly with existing brand systems and conversion frameworks
  • Participate in creative reviews and provide design rationale grounded in performance marketing principles
  • Adapt existing creative concepts into new formats, sizes, and placements efficiently
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of design experience in performance marketing, advertising, or DTC ecommerce
  • Expert proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and file organization
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Portfolio demonstrating direct response creative and performance-focused design work
  • Proven experience designing ads specifically for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive layout techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to iterate quickly while maintaining high quality standards
  • Experience designing landing pages with conversion rate optimization in mind
  • Organized approach to file management with attention to naming conventions and version control
  • Comfort working with performance feedback and data-driven design decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
Nice to Have
  • Motion graphics or animation skills with proficiency in After Effects or similar tools
  • Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Replo, Shogun)
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for basic landing page customization
  • Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign performance metrics
  • Experience working in an agency environment with multiple simultaneous client accounts
  • Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce product page design
  • Knowledge of direct response copywriting principles and how they inform design hierarchy
