Virtual Assistant - Video Editor & YouTube Channel Manager

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise as a video editor
to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Short-form content
  :
  Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, You Tube Shorts
• Long-form content
  :
  You Tube videos (up to 30 minutes in length)

• Editing engaging, on-brand video content;
• Adapting to different visual styles and brand tones;
• Receiving and following briefs provided by our internal team;
• Delivering edits on time while maintaining quality and consistency;
• Edit full-length podcast episodes optimized for You Tube retention and engagement;
• Clean and enhance audio and video quality;
• Structure episodes with strong pacing, storytelling, and intentional cuts;
• Create SEO-optimized You Tube titles and descriptions;
• Design high-quality thumbnails aligned with brand identity;
• Upload and properly optimize videos inside You Tube Studio;
• Generate short-form vertical clips for repurposing;
• Label, organize, and deliver assets consistently;
• Optimize content for You Tube search and local discoverability;
• Maintain branding consistency across videos;
• Assist in repurposing content into short-form when needed;

• Strong video editing experience (long-form + short-form);
• Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve);
• Strong understanding of You Tube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails);
• Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work;
• Ability to edit for audience retention and watch time;
• Excellent written English (for titles, descriptions, and show notes);
• Strong audio cleanup skills and thumbnail design capability;
• Ability to work with different content types, styles, and tones;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision;
• Consistent access to a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet;

• Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editor);
• After Effects (plus);
• Canva or Photoshop (for thumbnails);
• You Tube Studio;
• Google Drive workflows;
