This is a part-time or full-time remote contractor role for a Short Form Social Media Content Editor. The Content Editor will be responsible selecting best moments, editing and repurposing video content for social media platforms, adhering to internal review processes, crafting impactful captions, and posting manually. Duties include staying up to date with trends, ensuring alignment with client goals, and maintaining a high standard of editorial quality to maximize audience engagement and get videos viral.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and how content goes viral
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to conduct research to identify social media trends, audience preferences, and best practices
• Familiarity with short-form video editing on platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, or You Tube Shorts
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for innovative content strategies
• Proficiency with content management tools or video editing software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Must be located in USA
