Public Relations Writer

Full‑Time, 100% remote, no geographic constraints.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday.

• Develop original, well‑researched content based on client‑provided topics, including fact‑gathering, structuring, and drafting compelling narratives.
• Utilize ChatGPT and leading search engines to verify information, ensuring content accuracy, objectivity, and credibility.
• Craft culturally resonant content tailored to U.S. audiences, aligning with local social contexts, values, and reader preferences to drive engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end content publishing and distribution across channels, focusing on boosting readership, organic reach, and share rates.
• Collaborate closely with clients to refine content strategy, adjust messaging, and measure the impact of communications efforts.
• Consistently meet strict deadlines while upholding high editorial standards and maintaining the intended content cadence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing accessible, general‑audience content across diverse subject areas, with a track record of quickly mastering new topics.
• Prior professional writing experience at magazines, newspapers, or other traditional media outlets is highly desirable.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. culture, current social trends, and audience psychology, with a knack for creating relatable, down‑to‑earth content that connects with readers.
• Advanced proficiency in using ChatGPT and major search engines for efficient information retrieval, synthesis, and fact‑checking.
• Strong content promotion mindset, with the ability to strategize and execute distribution plans to maximize content visibility and impact.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and a strong communicator; able to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
