Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Product Designer to lead the visual design of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to craft compelling, user-centered visual experiences that elevate our brand and meet business objectives.

• Lead the visual design process from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and innovative aesthetic across all products.
• Create high-quality visual assets, including UI components, icons, illustrations, and style guides.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into visually engaging interfaces.
• Incorporate user feedback and data to refine visual designs for better usability and engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design and user experience.
• Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and team members.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual or UI design, preferably within digital products or SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work with a focus on user-centered visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience with front-end development or understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Knowledge of motion design and interactive elements.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
