The OpportunityWe are seeking a Contract Video Production Assistant / Junior Videographer to support the owner and creative director with production, post-production, and operational tasks.
This role begins at 10 to 20 hours per week, primarily in office in Arvada. There may be occasional continental U.S. travel for shoots. Remote work may expand over time based on workflow and performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career videographer seeking meaningful professional experience in a corporate production environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to real client projects, professional gear, and high-level storytelling strategy while working closely with an experienced creative lead.
Responsibilities- Assist with equipment prep and organization before shoots
- Support lighting, audio, and camera setup
- Serve as production assistant during interviews and corporate shoots
- Assist with gear breakdown and transport
- Perform basic editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Organize and ingest footage
- Sync audio and video
- Prepare rough cuts and exports for review
- Assist with media management and backups
- Maintain equipment inventory and organization
- Prepare gear for travel
- Support scheduling and production logistics
- Assist with client deliverables and file management
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move 40 lbs or more
- Reliable transportation
- Professional communication skills and client awareness
- Comfortable working in both office and on-set environments
- Familiarity with Sony professional camera systems, particularly FX3, FX6, and Sony Alpha series
- Understanding of basic interview lighting setups
- Working knowledge of audio capture fundamentals
- Recent graduate in film, media production, communications, or related field
- Eager to gain hands‑on experience in corporate video production
- Detail‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable taking direction while showing initiative
- Interested in growing within the production industry
