We are looking for a Senior Art Director to shape creative approaches, oversee visual direction, and collaborate with design teams to execute high‑quality work for a Fortune 10 client. This hybrid role requires four in‑office days per week.

• Lead concept, design, and execution of visual solutions across web, advertising, social, print, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop cohesive creative and copy direction.
• Create storyboards for visuals, motion, audio, and overall concept while shaping high‑quality videos or animations.
• Partner with production teams to support photo and video shoots, events, and presentations.
• Balance multiple projects in an agile environment while inspiring and motivating creative teammates and clients.
• Support the larger creative team in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Research industry trends and produce other day‑to‑day requests.
• Assist in asset creation and deliver work that meets the highest creative standard.
• Maintain knowledge of technology, UI, and web design standards.
• Stay current on industry, social, design, and branding trends.
• Present work to clients with clarity, confidence, and strong design rationales.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Advertising, or related portfolio school.
• 5‑7 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Experience creating videos and collaborating with motion and video editors.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating art direction and conceptual thinking.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong collaboration skills across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Passionate storyteller who connects with audiences.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high‑quality work.
• Experience engaging B2G or investor audiences is a plus.
• Provide portfolio link and resume when applying.

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 – $ per year. The range is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. Temporary roles may be eligible for medical, 401(k), and other benefits per company policy.
