  • Uphold editorial integrity by ensuring all content complies with organizational guidelines, regulatory requirements, and legal/ethical considerations.
  • Partner closely with the Production Manager to ensure the production and layout teams receive all required editorial materials and feedback to keep projects moving efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Manage editorial workflows and deadlines by collaborating on project scheduling, prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination to maintain on‑time delivery across teams and programs.

  • A minimum of 5 years of editorial experience, preferably focused on social studies curriculum, demonstrating expertise in scientific accuracy, pedagogy, and grade‑level appropriateness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Education, English, History, or Political Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a track record of leading complex, multi‑workstream initiatives and consistently delivering high‑quality results on time and within scope.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence across all levels of the organization.
