This role is an opportunity to shape the visual foundation of a new premium LGBTQIA+ electronic music and cultural experience brand. The project centers on developing a sophisticated brand deck and visual identity presentation for a platform that merges electronic music, immersive experiences, contemporary art, fashion, architecture, and storytelling. The aim is to establish a brand presence that feels more akin to a luxury fashion house or world‑building entertainment brand than a traditional event or festival.
The designer will work from a detailed creative brief and existing concept materials to craft a compelling narrative and visual language that communicates the brand’s story, vision, positioning, and long‑term ambitions. The aesthetic direction draws inspiration from contemporary art, luxury fashion, architecture, surrealism, mythology, and immersive world‑building, with a focus on emotional resonance, transformation, and human connection.
- Design a comprehensive brand deck that articulates the brand story, vision, and positioning.
- Develop visual identity guidelines, including mood boards, typography, color palettes, and visual language.
- Create presentation assets that reflect the brand’s philosophy, audience, market positioning, and experience concepts.
- Integrate references and inspiration from contemporary art, architecture, fashion, and immersive environments.
- Present creative and artistic direction for future brand expansion, including event universe and long‑term concepts.
- Ensure all materials align with the brand’s values of sophistication, transformation, and cultural relevance.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and presentation work.
- Deep understanding of contemporary art, fashion, architecture, and immersive experience design.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling narratives and presentations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and editorial design.
- Ability to work from a creative brief and collaborate on conceptual development.
- Interest in world‑building, storytelling, and creating culturally resonant brands.
- Familiarity with LGBTQIA+ culture and sensitivity to diverse audiences is highly valued.
- Availability for immediate project start, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
