This role is ideal for a creative and independent marketing professional passionate about building brands from the ground up. You will support the launch of a new online women's sportswear brand in Spain, featuring high-quality, uniquely designed clothing imported from Colombia. The focus is on establishing a strong, organic presence on Instagram and Tik Tok, engaging potential customers, and developing innovative strategies to grow the brand without paid advertising.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the brand’s social media channels, creating visually compelling content, and driving community engagement. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity for ongoing collaboration based on performance.

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar tailored to Instagram and Tik Tok
• Create 12–16 pieces of original content per month, including reels and short videos showcasing products
• Plan and publish weekly posts and stories to maintain consistent brand visibility
• Manage daily interactions with followers, responding to comments and messages to foster community
• Identify and propose collaborations with micro-influencers or fitness trainers to expand reach
• Provide a basic monthly metrics report summarizing growth, engagement, and key insights

• Proven experience managing social media for emerging brands or personal projects, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content creation, especially for Instagram and Tik Tok
• Ability to work independently and proactively, bringing fresh ideas and strategic proposals
• Skilled in video editing and graphic design tools for social media content
• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish;
  English proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
• Experience with influencer outreach and partnership development
• Must be an individual freelancer (not an agency)
• Availability for ongoing remote collaboration
