We need a rare hybrid: a seasoned filmmaker (4+ years in production/post) who has fully mastered generative AI and can deliver client‑ready, cinematic results — no “AI slop”.

• Support Role – Work directly with our directors to create hyper‑specific, consistent assets that drop perfectly into larger spots. This is great for someone who is eager to learn the latest methods for producing top‑tier work.
• Lead Role – Own entire :30–:90 pieces from concept through final edit.

• You’ve shot, lit, edited, or directed professionally and instinctively understand lenses, lighting, camera movement, framing, pacing, and narrative.
• You’re obsessed with the newest GenAI video tools and already feel the differences between models.
• You’ve built advanced workflows (img2vid, character consistency, reference framing, motion‑control emulation, etc.) and can reliably execute complex shots.
• You know how to direct a chaotic but insanely powerful AI “crew.”

• 4+ years professional video production/post (cinematography, editing, directing, or high‑end videography)
• Deep, current expertise with Google Veo (especially Veo 3.1 vs 3.0 differences)
• Strong hands‑on experience with Nanobana
  , Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, Luma, Pika, etc.
• Audio tools:
  Eleven Labs, Google Cloud TTS, or equivalent
• Robust Adobe skills (Premiere + After Effects and/or Photoshop) — major advantage
• Fast internet + ability to overlap core hours with New York (10am–7pm EST, occasional crunch)
