Sociaaal is hiring a AI Performance Creative Strategist to own and scale our AI-driven video creative production, with a core focus on turning winning ads into many effective variations (e.g., changing avatar, hook, script, offer emphasis, format, and length). You will work hands‑on with AI tools across text, image, video, and voice to design and run creative experiments, manage avatar-based content production, and coordinate closely with our Head of Creatives, his assistant, and our video editors.
This role combines creative use of AI tools, US Gen Z culture fluency, and high efficiency with light people management to consistently produce many high-performing videos across our apps. Your creativity with AI will power ads that directly drive user acquisition and company growth.
Skills required:- Imagination and creativity to find the right variations that will best speak to our potential users.
- Basic knowledge of foundational AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini)
- Proven experience with image/video/voice platforms like Nanobanana, Hey Gen, Veo3, Max Fusion, Runway, etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills: able to track multiple apps, videos, and editors simultaneously.
- Comfortable giving clear directives and feedback to creative contributors.
