About the role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pitch Deck Designer to join our marketing agency. This role requires strong design expertise and the ability to create exceptional visual storytelling for presentation decks.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with new business and account teams to understand client objectives and develop design strategies that effectively communicate key messages through presentation decks.
• Create visually appealing and impactful deck design templates that captivate and engage audiences.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all deck designs, aligning with client guidelines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Translate complex concepts and data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and infographics.
• Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and software tools related to deck design, and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
• Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design assets seamlessly into presentation decks, working closely with content creators and other relevant team members.
• Manage multiple deck design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, updating designs as needed in time‑pressing situations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a strategic designer focused on deck design, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of deck design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical expertise, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software such as Google Slides.
• Deep understanding of design principles, composition, balance, scale, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design elements and formatting within presentation decks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills: ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in deck design.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and understanding of how design can maximize engagement and impact within presentations.

Compensation and Remote Work:

• Base rate DOE.
• Remote work (must be based in Latin America).
