ICF is a mission‑driven company dedicated to improving lives and building a better world. We are seeking a designer who excels in visual design, motion design/animation, and video production to help create compelling creative work across digital, social, print, and video channels.
In This Role, You Will- Design brand assets across static and motion formats, including social graphics, campaign collateral, presentations, OOH, digital ads, and website landing pages.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, copywriters, content strategists, UX, PMs, and campaign leads to deliver high‑quality creative solutions while working independently when needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery for production‑level work.
- Apply design fundamentals to create polished, innovative work with meticulous attention to detail.
- Translate creative concepts into storyboards, animatics, and concept boards to convey ideas.
- Edit and produce video and motion content, handling footage, motion graphics, color correction, sound editing, and formatting for all platforms and aspect ratios.
- Support the evolution of the ICF brand across integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency and craft while enhancing brand positioning.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to the larger team and internal stakeholders.
- 2–4 years of experience in an agency or corporate in‑house creative environment as a hybrid graphic designer, motion designer, or video editor.
- Strong online portfolio showcasing static design and motion/video work.
- Solid foundation in visual craft and core design fundamentals: typography, composition, color theory, grid, layout, and hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
- Advanced skill in Microsoft PowerPoint for building high‑fidelity presentations.
- Experience creating assets for integrated campaigns across print, web, social, OOH, and paid digital channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, motion design, digital media, or related field.
- Experience with Figma.
- Familiarity with UX best practices and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
- Experience with AI and 3D tools.
- Vector illustration and photography/videography skills (shoot setup, lighting, recording).
- Ability to create design templates or design systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively, both remotely and in‑office.

Pay RangeFull‑time employment: $67,355.00 – $ (Virginia Remote Office, VA99).
