Job Summary Our full-service catering company is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Production Manager to oversee the setup, styling, and logistical execution of events. This role blends hands-on design work with behind-the-scenes organization and coordination with both our executive chef as well as catering staff.### Responsibilities Planning and execution of onsite event setup, including tablescapes, buffets, and service stations

Ensure all setups align with event layouts, timelines, and design standards

Organize and prepare display pieces, serving equipment, and chafers in the catering kitchen

Place and manage rental orders; verify accuracy and oversee delivery/pickup

Coordinate with vendors and team members to ensure seamless event execution

Maintain organized inventory of décor and event materials

Schedule:

Flexible weekday schedule based in our Culpeper office

Occasional work-from-home opportunities

Weekend availability required during peak season (April–June, August–November)
Generous time off during off-peak months### Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
