This is a full-time hybrid Content Specialist role based in Shuwaikh, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Content Specialist will plan, create, and manage content across digital channels, including the website, social media, email, and marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include writing and editing product descriptions, brand stories, blog posts, and promotional copy that align with Roots Roastery's tone and coffee-focused brand identity.

The role also involves maintaining a content calendar, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and optimizing content for engagement, clarity, and consistency. The Content Specialist will monitor content performance, suggest improvements based on data and feedback, and ensure all content reflects accurate product information and a strong understanding of specialty coffee.

• Strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for digital channels.
• Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management to plan, organize, publish, and maintain content across platforms.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into compelling content.
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles, social media platforms, and content performance metrics.
• Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh in a hybrid model and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or coffee-related industries is an advantage; passion for specialty coffee is highly beneficial.
