Hourly Range: $25.48 - $29.74

• 1-3 years’ of writing experience
• BS/BA degree (English, Journalism, Communications or Advertising preferred).
• An unapologetically nerdy love of words.
• Cool-headed multitasking.
• Curiosity about all kinds of retail experiences.
• Brainstorming sorcery.
• Hype for the latest long read, niche Tik Tok sound and/or good outfit spotted on the subway.
• Ability to work efficiently and adhere to multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Must have a deep understanding of our brand voice.

• Be our women’s and crewcuts product expert!
• Own product copy and naming across women’s and crewcuts.
• Write on-brand loyalty copy for designated channels.
• Tackle and support additional copy assignments as needed, from site to email to social.
• Research everything from sustainability terms to third party brand backstories.
• Adopt our brand voice while helping to evolve it.
• Keep tabs on what’s going on word-wise in the industry.
