Role Description

The Creative Director (Contract) at A1

Media Marketing will lead the development of concepts and campaigns from brief to final delivery. This hybrid role is based in Dallas, TX, with a mix of on-site collaboration and flexible work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding creative strategy, overseeing branding and campaign development, and managing the visual direction across digital and print assets. The Creative Director will collaborate with marketing, account, and production teams to ensure concepts align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.

The role includes providing clear feedback to designers and writers, presenting work to clients, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
  • Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills, with the ability to translate business goals into clear, compelling concepts.
  • Proficiency in Branding, including brand identity development, brand guidelines, and multi-channel brand consistency.
  • Expertise in Art Direction and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling for digital and print.
  • Experience leading cross-functional creative teams and giving structured, constructive feedback.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, brand work, and high-quality creative execution.
  • Comfort presenting ideas to internal stakeholders and clients, and adapting based on feedback.
  • Familiarity with major design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) and current digital marketing best practices.
  • Relevant experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment; a bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
