Producer

Linney is a world‑class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for an experienced producer to join our in‑house film and animation team on a 12‑month contract. This is a key role within an expanding department, working alongside our camera operators, animators and editors to deliver high‑quality TV advertising, radio advertising, live‑action content and animated storytelling for some of the UK’s biggest brands.

Based at our Nottinghamshire campus and regularly working on location, the ideal candidate will have experience developing, pitching, planning and delivering above‑the‑line content within a fast‑paced production environment. There is no option to work from home in this role.

They will oversee the full production process from concept to final delivery, managing schedules, budgets, resourcing and client communication, while ensuring projects are delivered creatively, efficiently and on time. Working closely with directors and the wider production team, they will help create a positive, collaborative and creatively ambitious working environment both in the studio and on location.

Main responsibilities of the role include acting as a key point of contact for clients, bringing together creative and technical teams across multiple projects. The successful candidate will work closely with directors, editors, animators and crew to oversee productions, holding regular production meetings and troubleshooting challenges to ensure projects remain on track.

They will need to be happy to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, health and safety requirements and broadcast standards, overseeing Clearcast submissions and wider clearance processes. They will also need to be creative when supervising projects to maintain quality and client expectations, collaborating with fellow producers to support across workloads.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working within a production company, agency or in‑house creative team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Budgeting and scheduling experience
  • Clearcast and clearance experience
  • Confidence to manage productions both on location and in studio environments
  • Experience producing TV advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of live‑action and animation projects

Please get in touch if you have any questions about our diversity and inclusion policies, or about accessibility or any accommodations needed during your application process.
