About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer (Graphic Designer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and multimedia content that strengthen our brand identity across digital platforms.
You will collaborate with marketing, HR, and content teams to deliver engaging visuals for campaigns, social media, presentations, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials
Create branding assets such as logos, brochures, posters, flyers, and presentations
Develop motion graphics and basic video editing content for digital platforms (added advantage)
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
Adapt creatives for multiple formats (web, mobile, print, social media)
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required

Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in graphic design or multimedia design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus
Basic understanding of motion graphics tools (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an advantage
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design versatility
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in social media content creation
Basic animation or video editing skills
UI/UX design exposure
Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments
