Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

We are currently looking for a Social Content Producer, Temporary (6 months) to join our fun and growing Talent division on a project-to-project basis in major cities. We are looking for individuals in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities
  • The Social Content Producer, Temporary, will assist in building and maintaining excellent client and talent relationships while maintaining high-level oversight of campaigns, titles, and talent.
  • On the ground social first ideation & content capture, and act as liaison between the social producer, client, and production leads for overall talent and social content strategy for assigned titles, talent, and/or brands.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media content using an iPhone (photos, short-form videos, Stories, and Reels).
  • Capture authentic, on-brand moments in real time with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform-specific content formats such as Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts.
  • Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering to understand their business issues and strategies.
  • Lead and optimize day-to-day operations of the project, including management of timelines, deliverables, and logistics.
  • Provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives and ensure you have the resources to complete the tasks.
  • Create and maintain relationships with talent and production onsite as a resource for social media strategy and optimization.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience working in social media in a content capture and/or strategy position, entertainment preferred.
  • Experience working with public figures and/or in production.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to read a room and pivot quickly as needed.
  • Ability to develop and maintain timelines, strategies, and the many moving parts of a campaign.
  • Experience capturing content for short-form video (Tik Tok/Reels), editing in real-time on an iPhone using apps such as Cap Cut, Edits & InShot.
Availability & Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am‑6 pm PST.
  • Reliable transportation to and from set locations.
  • Flexible for night, production hours, and weekend schedules.
  • Travel as needed.
Compensation

$70,340 - $71,560 per year, based on experience, subject matter expertise and location.

Eligibility

Applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is limited to U.S.
