As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and storytelling universe of our brands across social platforms. Starting from raw ideas, you will develop compelling concepts, engaging video content, memorable social series, and creative campaigns, while coordinating both the technical and creative aspects of production.

You will work closely with the marketing team, videographers, photographers, and designers to ensure visual consistency and strategic alignment across all social channels.

• Develop original concepts for video content, recurring social series, photoshoots, advertising campaigns, and creative initiatives.
• Create and structure content through scriptwriting, mood boards, and visual storytelling.
• Produce engaging social content tailored to each platform, including Reels, Tik Tok, Stories, and both short- and long-form videos.
• Edit dynamic, high-performing videos optimized for social media platforms using Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut, or similar tools.
• Ensure all content maintains a high creative standard and aligns with brand strategy.

• Manage the content calendar and coordinate production timelines with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator to develop relevant and engaging content formats.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers on various projects.

• Stay on top of social media, cultural, family, lifestyle, and design trends to inspire innovative content ideas and formats.
• Actively participate in community management by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Maintain an ongoing creative watch to continuously enrich our content ecosystem.

• 3 to 5 years of experience creating content for a transactional platform or retail business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative writing abilities.
• Experience with video editing and a solid understanding of popular social media formats.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and resourceful.

• Strong aesthetic sense and exceptional attention to detail.
• Interest in children's products, family-focused brands, design, or lifestyle industries.
• Knowledge of graphic design or motion design tools is considered an asset.
