TeamThis role reports to our Head of Creative / Marketing team. You'll collaborate closely with paid media, brand, and performance marketing to ensure every creative asset is on-brand and conversion-ready. You'll be a core driver of Raycon's paid social and digital creative output.

You'd Be a Fit If You Have- Formal graphic design training and a portfolio that proves you can hit the ground running
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and similar design tools
- A strong eye for composition, visual hierarchy, and design that converts, not just looks good
- Experience designing paid social creatives for Meta, Google, or App Lovin
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Detail-orientation and a genuine respect for brand guidelines and creative briefs
- High self-motivation, you don't need to be managed, you manage yourself
- Familiarity with AI tools to generate or augment ad creatives
- Ability to animate statics with AI
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Design ad creatives, banners, and promotional graphics for paid social and digital channels (Meta, Google, App Lovin, etc.)
- Edit and prepare images for use across ad formats, sizes, and placements
- Build mockups for A/B creative tests aligned with brand guidelines
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback from the media team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, conversion-focused ideas
- Uphold Raycon's visual identity across every deliverable
- Own your workload: manage multiple active projects independently, hit deadlines, and flag blockers early
- Ad creatives are delivered on time, on-brand, and ready for launch without revision loops
- A/B test mockups are structured clearly and enable rapid creative iteration
- Visual quality and conversion performance improve over time as you learn the brand
