Shape product narratives as a Remote Content Writer for Point Click Care , focusing on sustaining product communications over a 6-month contract. This role aims to enrich user content experiences.

As a part of Point Click Care , you will craft UI content and in-app communications in alignment with product updates. Your collaborative input will guide content architecture and require you to oversee the Help Center and Resource Hub processes. Embrace AI tools to amplify your content drafting and editing efficiency while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write user-centered microcopy for product releases

• Develop and maintain assessments in the content platform

• Manage sustaining communications for existing products

• Structure content for reuse across platforms

• Advise on agile methodologies and practices

Requirements:

• Education in English, UX writing, or journalism

• XML and HTML expertise for content formatting

• Experience in technical writing environments

• Familiar with AI drafting tools and content systems

• Strong independent and collaborative communication skills
