As part of Clio’s Desktop App team, you will design transformative experiences for legal professionals using industry-standard practices. From leading design processes to actively engaging with user research, you will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality, cohesive product experiences. Your contributions will reshape how lawyers interact with their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute design strategies in collaboration with product teams

• Engage users to advocate for their needs and guide design

• Direct all aspects of desktop app design and execution

• Utilize platform conventions to enhance user interaction

• Maintain high standards in quality and design cohesion
Requirements:

• 6+ years in product design specialization

• Proven success in designing desktop applications

• Strong interaction and usability design skills

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
