• Shape Media Strategies:
  Work alongside senior planners and clients to help build smart, creative media strategies that get noticed and deliver real results.
• Support Tactical Planning:
  Get into the details of campaign planning—from TV to digital—ensuring smooth and accurate execution every step of the way.
• Pitch & Present:
  Take part in media tenders and presentations, confidently showcasing your ideas and insights in both English and Hungarian.
• Work Across Teams:
  Team up with creatives, client service, and production to help bring integrated campaigns to life.
• Coordinate & Collaborate:
  Support and work closely with Media Activation Assistants and fellow Planners, with guidance from a Media Director who's got your back.
• Keep Things on Track:
  Create clear, insightful reports for clients and internal teams to show what's working—and where we can go next.

• Has 1–2 years of experience in integrated media planning—especially in TV and digital
• Communicates clearly and confidently—with clients, colleagues, and in presentations
• Is comfortable with admin tasks—especially reporting in Excel (you know your way around pivots & charts)
• Manages time well—can juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines
• Brings a solution-first mindset—you stay calm under pressure and tackle challenges head-on
• Speaks Hungarian fluently and has strong English skills for day-to-day communication
• Has a team player attitude and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, supportive work culture
