Corporate Graphic Designer

Full‑Time In‑Office Role

Brighton is seeking aGraphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team at our home office. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on designing and producing high-quality print and in-store graphic materials that elevate the retail experience across our stores nationwide. The designer will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

• Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with print and in-store graphic design projects for the Visual Merchandising team
• Design, update, and produce store signage, display graphics, and marketing materials
• Execute established creative direction and brand standards with precision and consistency
• Support graphic needs for other home office departments as assigned
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files while meeting tight deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Strong graphic design skills with an emphasis on print and production
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
• Experience working efficiently under deadlines
• Collaborative, reliable, flexible and organized work style
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work on-site at the Brighton home office
