Internship Impact for Our Mission

Your internship will focus on the core elements of our platform, specifically the offerings themselves. As part of our category management, you will bring your creative flair to our key areas of health, family, and work, to independently develop exciting content. This ensures that this added value reaches hundreds of thousands of our voiio members and supports them in their different life phases.

• Offer Creation:
  You will pitch your own ideas and actively support us in developing and designing new offers and formats for our wellbeing platform.
• Targeted Copywriting:
  You will not only write informative guides but also optimize offer descriptions, headlines, and keywords. Your focus will be on crafting texts that directly appeal to our members and motivate them to use the offers.
• Video Editing & Design:
  You will create visual content for our platform. This includes editing short videos, designing graphics, or creating informative PDFs (e.g., in Canva) to complete the content on our platform.
• Creative Campaigns:
  You will independently design and manage formats such as contests to increase engagement on our platform.
• Trend Research & AI Tools:
  You will search for current trends in our key areas of health, family, and work. For your research, idea generation, or initial script drafts, you will use innovative AI applications and enjoy actively trying out new tools.

• Creative Mind & Writing Talent:
  You have a strong creative streak, a knack for storytelling, and it’s easy for you to transform complex topics into easily understandable texts.
• Marketing Affinity:
  Ideally, you bring initial experience in marketing, communication, or video editing.
• Enthusiasm for AI:
  You are keen to actively test and try out AI applications in your daily work for various tasks.
• Interest in Wellbeing & Work-Life Balance Topics:
  You are passionate about voiio’s topics. Ideally, you have initial experience or points of contact in the pedagogical, social, or health environment or in the area of people & culture. We are excited to hear about your passion!
• Work Style & Mindset:
  You work reliably, think structurally, like to contribute your own ideas, and enjoy the dynamic hands-on mentality of a startup.
• Language

  You communicate fluently and confidently in German (at least C1 level in speech and writing). Occasional communication in English is no problem for you.
