We are seeking a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer
- Projects (Contractor) to support our Content and Social team. The Thumbnail Designer will create a variety of engaging, high-quality thumbnails for content such as podcasts, comms videos, and game highlights, while adhering to strict quality, deadlines, and performance standards.

This is a project-based remote contractor position open to candidates around the world. Applicants must submit a thumbnail design portfolio, preferably with esports content, to be considered.

What You'll Do:

• Design high-quality thumbnails for video content, including podcasts, comms videos, and game highlights.
• Ensure that thumbnails align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Maintain a quick turnaround on deliverables without sacrificing quality and best practices.
• Deliver thumbnails by deadline with the ability to take and incorporate feedback for revisions as needed.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment and adherence to messaging and deliverables.
