Based in the Onterris Growth Enablement Center, you will report to the Canada Proposal Manager. You are expected to apply your 5-10+ years of proposal coordination experience to analyze RFPs and develop compliant and strategic proposal narratives. This role thrives on effective communication and detailed project management to ensure timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and submission of high-quality proposals

• Analyze RFPs to craft compliant, concise narratives

• Collaborate with experts to integrate technical insights

• Write, edit, and format various proposal sections

• Manage timelines and deliverables across projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5-10+ years in proposal coordination or technical writing

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills under tight deadlines
