Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic & Digital Designer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across digital and print platforms while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
The role involves designing social media creatives, digital advertisements, website banners, catalogues, lookbooks, packaging, presentations, and marketing materials. The candidate will work closely with the design, marketing, product development, and sales teams to translate concepts into engaging visual communication.
This is a full time hybrid role based in Chennai, with a combination of on site work and work from home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, and digital campaign creatives
Create visual assets for Meta, Google, email marketing, and other digital platforms
Design website banners, landing page graphics, and e commerce visuals
Develop catalogues, lookbooks, brochures, presentations, and other print materials
Create packaging artwork, product tags, labels, and brand collateral
Edit and retouch product and campaign images
Support content creation for marketing and brand campaigns
Ensure consistency across all visual communication and brand touchpoints
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaigns and launches
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Visual Communication
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling
Experience designing for both digital and print media
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates from NIFT, FDDI, Fashion Communication, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related design programs will be preferred
Experience working with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, accessories, or retail brands is an advantage
Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar platforms is a plus
Basic photography and content creation skills are an added advantage
Understanding of luxury branding and premium product presentation is preferred
