The Position
The Graphic Designer, Brand Experience will report into the Director, Creative Development & Showrooms. This role’s main objective is to deliver digital guidelines for all window projects of full price, outlet and wholesale stores; covering all divisions. This includes the planning and development of the guideline content, windows seasonal calendar and managing the campaign images. You will work alongside other designers and stakeholders within the VM, Visual Communications & Windows team to be able to deliver clear guidelines to ensure consistent implementation in the markets.
Next to the guidelines, this role will also need to deliver graphical needs for window concepts for brand and product activations in physical channels EMEA.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead EMEA window guideline development.
- Drive cross-functional alignment.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor collaboration.
- Champion Innovation and Design Excellence.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in graphic design or a related design field.
- 3–4 years of experience in a creative environment; experience in retail is a strong plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; animation skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D applications and rendering software is an advantage, preferably Autodesk Maya and/or Sketch Up.
- Strong digital affinity and an innovative mindset toward graphic communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
