Senior Graphic Designer; Brand & Art Direction

Position: Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Art Direction)
About us Kwanta Communications is a creative agency working across brand, digital, and film. We are a small, senior team focused on high-quality work, and we are hiring the designer who will set the visual bar for everything we make.

The role This is our lead design hire. You will own the look and feel of campaigns from the big idea to the final asset, working directly with the founder and the copy team. If you think in systems, care deeply about typography, and have a strong portfolio of brand and campaign work, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do  Lead visual design across brand identities, campaigns, and key visuals for multiple clients
Take concepts from brief to polished, on-brand execution, including art direction, layout, and typography
Set and hold the design standard for the wider team
Collaborate with copywriters, video and motion, and social on integrated campaigns
Present and explain your creative thinking to internal stakeholders and, at times, clients

What we're looking for  3+ years of design experience, with an agency or strong brand background preferred
A strong portfolio covering brand identity, campaign, and layout work
Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Strong typography, composition, and colour fundamentals
Proficient in writing effective AI prompts for image and creative tools (such as Midjourney, Firefly, or similar)
Reliable and self-directed in a remote setup

Bonus points  Degree from a top design or art school (NID, NIFT, Pearl, Government College of Art, Srishti, or equivalent). A strong portfolio matters more than any pedigree.
Motion or animation skills (After Effects) or UI and UX exposure
Experience art-directing photo or video shoots
