Position Summary
We are seeking a disciplined, mid-level Video Editor (2–4 years of experience) who takes ownership of projects and consistently delivers work that meets professional standards.
This role requires much more than technical editing skills. It requires understanding content, planning edits strategically, maintaining narrative flow, working within structured timelines, and following disciplined production processes.
The selected candidate must be reliable, self-driven, punctual, and aligned with clearly defined performance expectations. This is a full-time, in-office position in a deadline-driven production environment where accountability, consistency, professionalism, and execution are valued above occasional brilliance.

The selected editor will be expected to:
Understand the content before beginning the edit.
Participate in editorial discussions whenever required.
Plan the editing structure before execution.
Maintain logical continuity, pacing, and professional presentation.
Deliver output aligned with project objectives.
Meet agreed deadlines and production schedules consistently.
Maintain disciplined file organisation, project backups, and workflow management.
Coordinate creative inputs wherever required.
Communicate progress regularly and report project status on time.
Performance will be evaluated on the basis of quality, reliability, ownership, discipline, consistency, and timely delivery.

Required Experience & Skills
2–4 years of professional video editing experience.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an advantage.
Experience editing interview-based, documentary, news, or structured informational content.
Ability to edit both short-form and long-form productions.
Basic colour correction and professional audio balancing skills.
Strong workflow discipline and file management practices.
Good understanding of visual continuity, storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
Comfortable presenting edits and receiving structured feedback from senior leadership.

Work Structure & Professional Discipline

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Six-day work week.
Full-time, in-office role based in Bengaluru.
No work-from-home option.
No freelance or parallel professional assignments are permitted.
Daily reporting, punctuality, attendance discipline, and professional communication are mandatory.
