Role Description
The Short Form Video Creator (6-Month Internship) is responsible for producing engaging short-form video content that showcases Xandro Lab’s products, educational insights, and brand story across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, scripting, filming, and editing vertical videos optimized for platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives, apply brand guidelines, and iterate based on performance analytics and audience feedback.
This internship role is hybrid, based in Singapore with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The intern is expected to manage deadlines, maintain organized project files, and contribute creatively to a fast-paced, health-focused team environment.
- Strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia for short-form content creation.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production using common editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut).
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and simple visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for vertical video content.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience attention.
- Basic knowledge or interest in health, wellness, or supplements is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
